State probes DWI suspect release (KRQE Albuquerque)

ALBUQUERQUE -- The Department of Public Safety today began an internal investigation and released an audio tape of a DWI stop where the suspect was handed over to his father, an Albuquerque Police Department DWI unit sergeant.
